AA Technology Comes of Age – Sept. 12, 2020 In place of our regular workshop NAATW will be hosting a virtual gathering to provide a platform for information and experience sharing on how technology has supported personal recovery, group unity and AA service over the course of this very unusual year.

Help the program committee start planning this event by sending us presentation topics you think will be of interest to participants at large. How do apps or technologies support our primary purpose?

Please send us your ideas for topics using the form below by July 3rd, 2020. https://forms.gle/T6Y8efbzhCZ14rcJA About the Event Our online get-together will feature the following 60-90 minute segments. If we receive more content than we can cover on Saturday, we will add a session on Sunday.

Segment 1 – Presentations (First Set) A selection of webinar-style presentations on timely subjects such as: Online 7th Tradition; Online Meeting Safety and Security; Using Technology to communicate up the Inverted Triangle.

Segment 2 – Coffee Shop Talkathon 20-30 members will come prepared to share for 3-5 minutes on how they used, created, leveraged technology in the areas of recovery, unity and service.

Segment 3 – Presentations (Second Set) More presentations.

Segment 4 – Birds of a Feather “BoFs” BoFs are informal gatherings of like-minded individuals who wish to discuss topics without a pre-planned agenda. BoFs are a great place to meet other members of the community with similar interests.
